•     Registration opens:  Sunday, December 28 at 2:00 PM

•     For smooth check-in, we kindly ask that you arrive by 5:00 PM if possible.

•     Churches registered as a group should send one representative to the registration desk.

•     The representative will receive all name badges and wristbands.

•     Badges and wristbands are required for entry into meeting halls and dining areas. Please ensure they are not lost.

All participants must complete a Liability Form individually.

This year, we are excited to host a special Bible quiz competition based on the books of Genesis and Exodus. We encourage all participants to read these books throughout November and December in preparation.

•     After registration, each participant must individually select seminars for Monday (12/29) and Tuesday (12/30).

•     Each seminar has limited capacity and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

•     Please attach the seminar sticker (date and title) to the back of your name badge.

Professional Christian counselors will be available for Soul Care sessions during YHCC.

•     Space is limited.

•     Parental or guardian consent is required for minors (adults may also apply).

Advance registration is required.

All room leaders are asked to attend the 4:00 PM room leader meeting.

       o   12/29(Mon) & 12/30(Tue) 1:30 PM - Expo Center (Venue Updated)

•     There will be a prayer meeting for pastors & teachers on 12/29 (Mon) and 12/30 (Tue) at 4:40 PM in Sonoma 3.

Come prepared for the conference with the following essentials:

       o   💵  A Small Amount of Cash (for the souvenir shop)

       o   ❤️  A Prepared Heart

📵  Device Policy (Important)

To help students stay fully present:

       o   We strongly encourage students not to bring cell phones or tablets.

       o   Room leaders will collect and safely store phones during the conference.

       o   Parents, please do not be concerned if students are unreachable during this time.

•     Short-term parking for drop-off on the first day is allowed.

•     Hotel parking during the conference costs $12 per day.

(2)  Free Parking at Southern California Fellowship Church:

       o   Approximately 7 minutes from the hotel (Rides are not provided.)

       o   Drop off students at the hotel, then park for free at the church

•     Churches that pre-ordered hoodies should pay at registration, then bring the order slip to the gift shop for pickup.
